| Founded in 1118, the Knights Templar was an
organization of Christian knights formed to fight the
Crusades. The organization became so powerful that it
influenced the history of Europe in the 12th, 13th, and
14th Centuries. Some say that Rosicrucianism was derived
from the Knights Templar and exists to this day as an
Order kindred to Freemasonry. The hilt of the
Rosicrucian sword is decorated with symbols of the
order. This collectible sword measures 41 inches overall with a
33 inch 440 stainless steel blade.
